This program has been extremely successful in generating new business along with helping leasing agents achieve more revenue. The agents are personally connected to the program because they receive a prepaid card directly from Bright House with their name on it and the card is simply reloaded once their referrals become customers.

YRCW - Rewards Program
YRCW is a leading transporter of industrial, commercial, and retail goods, specializing in solutions for businesses across North America as well as internationally through a full-service network, advanced information technologies and proactive customer service. Several years ago, they introduced a rewards program to give customers incentives for increasing their monthly shipments. In 2009, they introduced a prepaid card from WRL into the program. Clients access a custom website to redeem their rewards and can select a prepaid card option. Many customers bank their points for several months to create a more sizeable onetime reward. In several cases, YRCW clients' have been taking the cards in lower denominations, like $25, to use as giveaways and employee incentives. The prepaid card option has been the most popular aspect of their program and clients are excited when they receive their monthly rewards.
Why WRL?
YRCW was using a program through American Express and decided to switch to WRL. The team at WRL was able to customize a solution with a branded prepaid card, online ordering and live customer service support. The support service was invaluable to YRCW because it ensured their customers questions were handled promptly and correctly without any additional work needed by YRCW. The flexibility to order different card amounts and track card balances and activations online has simplified the process of managing the program.
Advantage Point Learning - Academic Awards Program
Advantage Point Learning was formed with the singular goal of providing excellence in the delivery of basic academic skills instruction. They are the Pacific Northwest's leading provider of private educational services from pre-school through high school. Advantage Point developed a program to award prepaid cards to students who achieve milestones in their tutoring program, have perfect attendance or hit other academic goals. Awards are given out throughout the year to further motivate students towards higher achievement. The site coordinators are also able to use these reward cards in marketing efforts to promote Advantage Point and their tutoring programs.
Why WRL?
Advantage Point Learning had been using Apple products like iPods along with gift cards from Wal-Mart and Fred Meyer as incentives for their students. They needed more flexibility since many of their locations are in rural areas that might not have easy access to retail stores like Wal-Mart. After searching online for a new solution, they came across WRL's prepaid rewards program. They were able to add their logo on the card and fully customize the solution. The Purchasing Department has complete flexibility in the program to order different denominations of cards and have them processed on demand. Students have been very receptive to the program because these cards can be used wherever Visa® debit cards are accepted.
Alcoa - Service Awards Program
Alcoa is the world leader in the production and management of primary aluminum, fabricated aluminum, and alumina combined, through its active and growing participation in all major aspects of the industry: technology, mining, refining, smelting, fabricating, and recycling. Alcoa's Power and Propulsion business unit launched a new service award program in 2011 to honor their employees for every 5 years of employment. When an employee reaches a 5 year milestone, they are rewarded with a $10 prepaid card for each year of employment. An employee with 10 years of service is presented with a $100 card branded with the Alcoa logo. Typically, the employee's location holds a meeting to recognize these individuals along with their fellow colleagues for their commitment and present them with a certificate and this reward.
Why WRL?
Alcoa's Power and Propulsion business unit previously used a program for employee rewards where employees selected items out of a catalog at each employment level. Recipients and HR were frustrated with this program because many times products were out of stock, discontinued or took weeks to arrive. WRL provided them with a simple program to reward each employee with a prepaid rewards card that can be used anywhere. Employees were extremely receptive to this new program and during transition many employees opted to wait for the prepaid cards instead of using the catalog offers.

Managers in their health care facilities present reward cards to staff members in various denominations depending on their level of achievement. When several employees stayed through natural disasters, like flooding and snow storms, to make sure food was prepared for the hospital staff, patients & patients families, their managers presented them with reward cards. These recognitions have helped to increase positive results in the workplace and strengthen the community at Aramark.
Why WRL?
The HR department at Aramark Healthcare wanted to find a simple and flexible program to help promote extraordinary employees. They decided on prepaid reward cards through WRL because of the quick response from the sales team and the time savings to manage this program. Managers ordered the cards through HR either on a case by case basis or in bulk, so they have cards on hand for on the spot recognition. Recipients love the cards because they are easy to use and can be redeemed virtually anywhere.

Their highly personalized service, combined with authentic, elegant surroundings of the highest quality, embodies a home away from home for those who know and appreciate the best. In recognition of their employee's years of service, Four Seasons partnered with WRL to offer a branded reward card. A ceremony was held for these employees to highlight their years of service and acknowledge their dedication and commitment to the Four Seasons Resorts. Over 20 hotels participated in the program, and hundreds of participants received recognition this year. Recipients were very excited about their reward card and other staff members are anxious to reach their service anniversaries.
Why WRL?
Four Seasons was looking for a way to honor and reward their top employees that had dedicated over 10 years of service within their organization. They added their logo to a predesigned reward card to personalize the program for their employees.
